Helen will guide you through the foundations of vinyasa yoga in a 2 hour practical and interactive workshop.

We will break down the key elements of vinyasa yoga, focussing on breath, posture, alignment in key poses, and explore transitions and variations so that you can feel the benefits of each pose and progress your practice. This workshop is suitable for all experience and ability levels, even if you have never done yoga before!
