General Information
Who can attend?
Everyone! Beginners, experienced yogis, families, and anyone curious about wellness are welcome. Our event is inclusive and we have sessions for all abilities.
Do I need prior yoga experience?
Not at all. There are sessions for all levels, including complete beginners.

How do I buy tickets?
Tickets can be bought online at BAY YOGA STUDIO official website.
Can I buy tickets at the door?
Depending on capacity, limited tickets may be available onsite—but booking in advance is recommended.
Are refunds available?
Refund is not possible but the tickets can be transferred
Where is the Location?
Kitcheners Field is 5 mins walk from Berkhamsted Railway station.
Where can I Park ?
There is a multi-storey car park next to Waitrose or off street parking on New road, which is next to the venue.
Classes & Schedule
What types of classes are offered?
Expect a variety such as Vinyasa, Pilates, Hatha, Gentle Yoga, Yin, meditation, Gong Bath and sound healing.
Do I need pre-book classes?
No need to pre-book yoga & pilates classes but first-come, first-served. However please pre-book, Massage, Reflexology, Acupressure, Sauna/Ice bath, Reiki, Tarot/Oracle reading
Can I attend multiple sessions in one day?
Yes! You can create your own schedule based on your interests.

Is the event family-friendly?
Yes include kids’ activities and family zones.
What to Bring
Yoga mat, Comfortable clothing, Water bottle, Sunscreen & hat, Blanket or cushion, swim wear and towel if you are planning to do sauna and ice bath.
