As we are in Tier 4 all classes are online streamed only. If you are joining us online please check in to the class on the schedule and you’ll receive an email with the joining link for the online class.
We have lots of all levels classes on our timetable that aren’t strictly beginners level or run as courses, so if you don’t see what you would like here check out the timetable too. We’d recommend our yin, gentle yoga and kundalini yoga classes for beginners, too.
