Book below for in studio beginners yoga and pilates classes starting in September
We have lots of all levels classes on our timetable that aren’t strictly beginners level or run as courses, so if you don’t see what you would like here check out the timetable too. We’d recommend our yin, gentle yoga and kundalini yoga classes for beginners, too.
For in studio classes we request that you wear a mask throughout the building in any communal areas (reception and hallways).
