Private Yoga & Pilates

We offer both private yoga and Pilates matwork classes at the studio, click here to book an appointment.


Private sessions will set you up to maintain your own strong, consistent, safe and well-informed practice. They can be terrific for beginners to yoga who feel a little uncomfortable or intimidated by bigger classes.

These sessions give you a chance to really work on your own personal yoga goals and is tailored to you and your body.


The Pilates method was developed in the early 1900s by German-born Joseph Pilates, son of a gymnast and naturopath.  His technique unites body and mind to improve posture, strength, flexibility and mobility, as well as overall health, vitality and sense of wellbeing.  Pilates can benefit anyone and everyone, no matter what age, fitness or physical ability.

Some clients come to us with issues like back pain, osteoporosis, arthritis, sports injuries, scoliosis, sciatica and knee and hip replacements. Others just want to walk taller.


Private class – 1 hour £55 & 1.5 hours £75
