A celebration of the turning of the year. Choose from a selection of yoga classes in styles ranging from relaxing to dynamic. Reboot your soul with meditation and breathwork sessions, release aching muscles with a delicious massage, and finish the day with a sumptuous sound bath.

08.00-09.00 – Dawn hatha yoga (mixed ability) with Kulan

Start your day gently with delicious slow movement and relaxation

09.15-09.45 – Sitting meditation and simple pranayama (mixed ability) with Caroline

10.00-11.15 – Led Half Primary Series Ashtanga (mixed ability) with Caroline

All aboard as Caroline guides you through part of the Ashtanga primary series

11.15-13.15 – Brunch 

13.15-14.15 – Breath-Body-Mind (mixed ability) with Caroline

This gentle integrative healing practice soothes, balances and strengthens the nervous system to relieve stress and promote optimal physical and mental health. Includes movement and guided meditation.

14.30-16.00 – STRENGTH AND GRACE (mixed ability) 

In this playful workshop, Kulan & Caroline take a look at some favorite poses including inversions, as well as the more accessible poses from the Ashtanga second and third series.

16.30-18.00 – Sunset sound bath with Silvia

A perfect way to end the day with this relaxing yin and sound bath to soothe your body, mind and soul.

Massages included and clients can pick a slot from 8 AM to 3 PM and this means, you may miss some part of the classes and the time slots are first come, first serve basis.
