Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga 

A disciplined practice consisting of a set sequence of postures that promote strength and flexibility. The three pillars of Ashtanga are controlled breathing (ujjayi), restraint of energy (bandha) and mental focus (drishti).

Mysore Ashtanga

Mysore Ashtanga is the most traditional way of learning Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. In a Mysore class, every student works within their own breathing rhythm and capabilities, progressing at their own pace through the Ashtanga sequences (yes, there are more than one!) to ensure life-long and sustainable practice.

Hatha Yoga (Suitable for Beginners)

A foundational class focusing on alignment, breath control, and gentle movements. Ideal for beginners, Hatha Yoga builds a solid base while improving flexibility and body awareness.

Vinyasa Flow (Suitable for Beginners)

An energetic class that connects breath to movement in a continuous flow. Vinyasa classes promote strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular health through dynamic sequences and creative transitions.

Yin Yoga (Suitable for Beginners)

A slower-paced practice that targets deep connective tissues. Yin Yoga is perfect for those seeking to increase joint mobility, relieve tension, and practice mindfulness through prolonged, passive holds.

Restorative Yoga (Suitable for Beginners)

A deeply relaxing practice focusing on healing and rejuvenation. Restorative Yoga uses props to fully support the body in gentle poses, creating space for rest, reflection, and inner peace.

Power Yoga

A vigorous, fitness-oriented practice designed to build strength, endurance, and resilience. Power Yoga integrates challenging sequences and faster-paced flows for those looking to elevate their practice.

Prenatal Yoga (Suitable for Beginners)

Meditation and Mindfulness (Suitable for Beginners)

Beginners Yoga

A blend of gentle yoga poses, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques designed to promote strength, flexibility, and reduce stress and anxiety. This class encourages participants to slow down, breathe deeply, and find tranquility in their day.

Yin/Yang

A blend of slower paced practice followed by energetic movement of Yang yoga which is focused on flowing asanas similar to those found in Vinyasa and Hatha yoga. In duality, Yin Yoga is a passive practice and involves variations of seated and supine poses typically held for 3 to 5 minutes, accessing deeper layers of fascia. This is the class to choose if you want to calm the mind and stretch the body.
