BAY YOGA

I have fallen in love with Yoga around 15 years ago during a difficult time in my life and have been practicing regularly since then. In 2022 I decided to do a Hatha Yoga teacher training to deepen my knowledge beyond the asanas. The following year I have also trained in Vinyasa, Yin, Meditation and Sound Healing and most recently in Restorative Yoga. I love teaching Yin as it is a slow practice that gives you the space within the pose to connect to your inner self. I have also been a massage therapist for over 12 years and strongly believe in mind and body connections for overall wellbeing.
