Kulan Kandasamy

Kulan has been practicing yoga since 1998 and began teaching in early 2023, quickly making a meaningful impact with his Beginners Yoga class. Passionate about holistic well-being, he integrates yoga with Ayurveda and follows a Satvic, plant-based diet, believing that mindful eating, movement, and meditation are the keys to a balanced and fulfilling life.

At BAY YOGA, Kulan teaches Beginners Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, and Power Yoga, guiding students with a deep understanding of breath, movement, and inner harmony.
