Katrina has been teaching yoga since 2009, when she completed her 200 hour training at OM Yoga in NYC. Her commitment to holistic wellness extends beyond yoga, as she holds a Masters of Science in Traditional Oriental Medicine from the Pacific College of Health and Science in San Diego. She is a fully qualified acupuncturist, further enriching her ability to support her students’ well-being.

Katrina teaches Vinyasa classes of all levels—from gentle and slow-paced to more rigorous sequences. Additionally, she offers stretch classes, and held poses similar to Yin yoga, Foundations of yoga, barre classes and a unique fusion of yoga and Traditional Oriental Medicine/acupuncture.

Katrina’s teaching philosophy centers on guiding students to connect with their minds, breath, and bodies, facilitating a path toward inner balance and self-awareness. Drawing from her background as a professional ballet dancer and personal trainer, she sequences classes in a flowing manner with attention to anatomy and alignment. With a supportive approach, she offers modifications and options to ensure a safe and inclusive practice for practitioners of all ages and abilities.
