BAY YOGA

Jayne has spent the last 20 years exploring the breath through both her art and yoga practices. She currently teaches Ashtanga vinyasa yoga, her training with Lucy Crawford Scott ensures that she creatively explores individualised functional movement to invite openness, flexibility and strength.

She also currently teaches a series of vitality raising morning flow classes which are a themed flow through  functional movements synchronised by the breath to assist the body to find space, strength and vitality within a supportive, playful and exploratory environment.

Jayne brings insights to what lies at the root of each pose physically and philosophically to enable an exploration of yoga’s roots and it’s transformative properties on and off the mat.
