Emily was born and breed in Jersey, where she worked in the finance industry for over 20 years. After having her children, she struggled with her fitness and mental health and the lack of support out there. In 2018 she retrained as a personal trainer and has never looked back. Her family lived in Asia for a few years, which is where she focused on her yoga and pilates training.
She now specialises in all areas of female health including pre / post natal and premenopausal / menopausal fitness. She has worked with some amazing female health professionals over the years, helping her understand the female body and its needs through the journey of life.
Emily creates a safe space for you to relax and connect with your body. Using pilates for strengthening the body especially focusing on the pelvic and core areas. Incorporating yoga for stretching and relaxation.
