BAY YOGA

Camilla Walker has been practising yoga since 2007, and started teaching in 2016. Camilla takes a somatic, inquiry-based approach to yoga practice, and her teaching focuses on cultivating a meditative place within, from which to experience the body and breath in motion. She specialises in Slow Flow, Yoga Nidra Meditation and Kirtan – the yoga of devotional chanting.

Camilla is also an Ontological Psychosomatic Integration therapist, and has built her therapeutic practice out of a combination of yoga philosophy, applied somatic inquiry, non-dual meditative practices and western psychology.
