BAY YOGA

⁠David has been practicing yoga for over 10 years and qualified to teach in 2019 after studying in Rishikesh, India. He teaches a challenging but playful dynamic flow at Bayoga.

David’s aim is to help students progress in their asana practice, improve strength and flexibility, and cultivate clarity of mind.

His class offers the opportunity to work towards some of the more challenging postures in a fun and supportive environment!
