Teens Yoga

Thursdays 4.45 to 5.30 PM (April 18 to June 06)

A regular yoga practice is particularly beneficial for teenagers as they navigate the challenges of adolescence and the pressure of exams. These classes support developing bodies and minds through a combination of yoga postures, breathwork, mindfulness practice and relaxation.
