6 week pregnancy yoga course
Saturday 23rd April – 28th May, 12.15 – 1.15pm
During pregnancy, yoga can play a key role in enhancing the experience of this special time, whilst preparing you for the challenges of childbirth and beyond.
Each class is a time to take care of yourself and your future baby. We support you throughout your pregnancy with a safely adapted yoga practice so you can:
・Welcome with serenity the hormonal, physical, and physiological changes you are experiencing
・Enjoy your pregnancy with minimal discomfort
・Safely prepare your body for labour as well as facilitating your postnatal recovery
・Cultivate breath awareness for a serene childbirth
・Reconnect, relax and nourish yourself
・Strengthen the bond with your unborn baby
・Be part of a community of pregnant people
This class is suitable for complete beginners or experienced practitioners from the second trimester onwards and will combine adapted yoga postures, breathing techniques, and relaxation.
