Happy hips with Charli Fletcher

The activities and stresses of our daily lives can often lead to tightening of the hips and reduced range of motion.

This workshop is designed to give you a deeper understanding of how to stretch out and open these complex and powerful muscles in the body in a safe and controlled way.

We will use fluid movements and yin poses to increase mobility and release tension on a physical, emotional and energetic level. Perfect for if you are looking to loosen up and unlock tight hips or to simply deepen your yoga practice.

There will be modifications and progressions of poses so it will be suitable for anyone who has had some past yoga experience.
