BAY YOGA

Olivia’s journey into yoga began around 9 years ago amidst a career in sales, where she sold cars, coffee machines, and various other products. Introduced to yoga by a friend, Olivia quickly recognised its dual benefits of physical and mental relief after long, stressful workdays.

Inspired by the positive impact of yoga on her own life, Olivia embarked on her teaching journey in 2020. She earned her RYT-200 qualification from the Yoga and Ayurveda School in the USA in March 2021, solidifying her commitment to sharing the transformative power of yoga with others.

With a rich background in ballet spanning 15 years, along with experience in other dance forms, athletics, and movement, Olivia infuses her classes with a diverse range of influences. She appreciates the importance of regular movement for overall health and well-being. Olivia’s teaching style welcomes everyone, from beginners to seasoned practitioners, with a promise of fun-filled sessions that emphasise building strength and fostering trust within one’s body.
