BAY YOGA

Helen has been practicing yoga for over 15 years and her love for the practice led her to complete her teacher training in London in March 2021.

Helen teaches Vinyasa yoga, which focuses on syncing breath with movement to create a meditative flow that calms the mind and empowers the body. She enjoys blending powerful and dynamic sequences with moments of rest and calm.

Helen loves sharing the powerful practice of yoga with others and looks forward to welcoming you to her class at BAY YOGA soon (Sundays at 9.30am).
