As well as taking the fear factor out of backbends, the yoga wheel can be used therapeutically to provide support, release chronically tight muscles, and safely mobilise the spine and other joints. This wonderful tool offers a fun and creative addition to any movement-based practice.
Find out how to use the wheel to gain in flexibility and core strength and improve balance, as we move through a light-hearted sequence including heart-opening poses, inversions and dynamic flowing sequences, including variations accessible to all levels.
