Yin yoga gently opens your body to improve your flexibility. The practice encourages you to let go of any goals and ambition and just ‘be’ in the pose, finding stillness and deep relaxation.
Instead of getting ourselves into the most pretzel-like postures, the yin challenge lies in holding each pose – for around five minutes.
