Gently stretch with short yin yoga sequence, followed by a yoga nidra, also known as ‘yogic sleep’.
Yin yoga gently opens the body to improve flexibility, and encourages you to let go of any ambition and just ‘be’ in the stillness of the pose. Yoga nidra is a guided meditation and considered the ultimate relaxation technique for releasing stress and tension held in your body.
