Discover the power of Pilates in a day designed for everyone—from complete beginners to those curious to try something new. Our open day offers a taste of the variety and benefits Pilates can bring, with classes tailored to different needs and lifestyles:

 

  • Beginners Pilates – build a strong foundation, learn the essentials, and connect with your core.
  • Mat HIIT Pilates – a dynamic blend of Pilates and high-intensity training for strength, stamina, and energy.
  • Pilates for Arthritis & Osteoporosis – gentle, supportive movement to improve mobility, posture, and confidence.
  • Classic Pilates with Props – add variety and resistance with bands, balls, and rings for a deeper challenge.
  • Pilates for Men – build strength, mobility, and functional fitness while easing tension and preventing injuries.

We’ll finish the day with an optional gong bath—a deeply relaxing sound meditation to leave you calm, refreshed, and restored.
