Align & Flow: A Gentle Introduction to Vinyasa
Curious about vinyasa yoga but not sure where to begin? Or maybe you’ve taken a few classes and want to feel more confident in the movements? This workshop is designed to give you the tools and understanding you need to feel comfortable on your mat.
Over 90 minutes, we’ll:
• Break down the key poses in Sun Salutations
• Explore simple alignment tips that help you move safely and with ease
• Learn how to connect breath and movement in a way that feels natural
• Try out props to support your body
• Practice common transitions slowly, so you know what to expect in class
We’ll also touch on the “why” behind vinyasa, giving you a sense of the philosophy and intention of this practice.
You can expect a friendly mix of learning, moving, and breathing—part conversation, part gentle flow, and plenty of space for questions. You’ll leave feeling more confident, more at home in your practice, and more connected to your breath.
