On Sunday 1st February we are greeted with the Full Moon and Imbolc, a powerful meeting of moonlight and the first stirrings of spring. This sacred seasonal gateway invites cleansing, renewal, and the gentle rekindling of inspiration after the stillness of winter.
Aisling & Sammy will be combining sound healing frequencies of crystal balls, guitar and song, yin yoga and ritual practices to release what we are ready to let go of from the past cycle and welcome new beginnings ready to take root. Through guided itention-setting, an elemental water blessing, reflection, and a symbolic seed-planting ritual, we will call in clarity, renewal, and the returning light.
A gentle yin practice accompained by sound healing bowls we will move into a symbolic seeding meditation. As we sit together and breathe our intentions into these seeds, we weave our visions into the collective energy of the circle. Each intention strengthens the others. Each dream roots deeper in shared soil. As mother earth slowly warms, so too will these intentions grow, nourished by the support and the rhythm of the coming spring.
