Rocket yoga is based on the ashtanga yoga method combining and restructuring poses from the primary and intermediate series and including a few poses from the advanced series. In rocket yoga students are allowed to modify or alter traditional poses to be accessible for all. No knowledge of ashtanga yoga is required to practice rocket yoga.
While you need no experience of yoga to get going with rocket, you’ll want a certain level of fitness.
