Is it for you?

iRest® is an evidence-based transformative meditation practice that leads to psychological, physical and spiritual healing and wellbeing. Its roots are based in ancient teachings of meditation, but these are applied in a modern, secular form to make them as accessible and understandable as possible, regardless of any previous yoga experience.

Yogis of any or no experience are welcome to attend this new and innovative course. Whether you’re feeling stressed or simply want to further your yoga journey, iRest will deepen and develop your sense of presence and peace.

The benefits

iRest® stands for Integrative Restoration. The practice is integrative in that it can heal unresolved issues or traumas present in body and mind, and it is restorative as it enables practitioners to recognise and reclaim an innate peace of mind that is always present, amidst the changing circumstances of life. Camilla will lead you through a four week course designed to introduce you to tools to help you relax deeply, release stress and increase resiliency, enabling you to meet the challenges of your life with a sense of calm and wellbeing.
