Reiki is a simple Japanese healing technique which brings the energy that flows within and around us (known as prana and chi) into balance. The deep state of relaxation that is experienced during reiki allows the body the opportunity to restore and heal itself.
Reiki is gentle and non-intrusive. You will be in a comfortable, resting position, remaining fully clothed and warm throughout the session.  Many people find reiki sessions to be a very meditative experience and often feel calm, centred and clear as a result.
The session will begin with a guided relaxation enabling you to get maximum benefits with minimum effort.  Reiki can be an effective way to relieve stress, anxiety, insomnia and aid in pain management.


Bodhini qualified as a holistic therapist in 1999 and has been working in spas, wellness centres and yoga studios ever since. Reiki has always been an integral part of her therapy practice and Bodhini enjoys offering reiki sessions alongside teaching reiki courses.

Bodhini has trained in original Japanese and modern Western systems of Reiki and has developed her own unique style combining a variety of these techniques and working intuitively for each client.

As well as a Reiki practitioner Bodhini is also a qualified meditation and yoga facilitator and especially finds it beneficial to enhance reiki sessions with guided meditation. These guided meditations are also a simple and an effective way to continue receiving the benefits of the session at home.
