Sara has a BA Hons Degree in Music, Drama and Dance and worked professionally as an actress for 15 years. Whilst working in the theatre, she practised Ashtanga and Bikram yoga to keep fit, unravel and relax. After moving into the corporate world as a video producer, Sara trained for two and a half years with The British Wheel of Yoga, receiving a teaching Diploma in 2012.
She now juggles and balances her life between being a video producer, actress and teacher of music and yoga, in the UK and Italy.
Sara teaches a strong Vinyasa Flow and a softer Hatha flow, suitable for all levels and ages, based in Hatha and influenced by Ashtanga.
The classes are always informal and relaxed, challenging but fun. Aimed at motivating, combining breath and movement, finding a grace and eventually a mental stillness. This guided flow class takes you through breath-led movement, creating a self awareness and self confidence, gives you some strength (physically and/or mentally), a moment of stillness to have some personal time, and a refreshed energy for the rest of your day.
Sara teaches a vinyasa flow class on Monday evenings, 8.15 – 9.15pm.
