Having tried many styles of yoga over the course of ten years, Raeeka finally found her place with kundalini yoga – a wonderful balance of physical exercise and spiritual development. She also teaches mindfulness meditation.
With nearly ten years’ experience of working in the corporate world, she understands what it means to feel pressed and stressed out. She also knows we can all change this mindset into something more powerful and meaningful.
