Aurore Sarikechichian

Ex-professionally trained ballerina, Aurore has always been passionate about body movement and wellness. She discovered Yoga in 2014 at a pivotal time in her life, to help her balance a hectic life and cultivate her physical and mental wellbeing. 

In 2021 after several years of personal practice, Aurore completed her 200-hour teacher training and 65-hour pre- and post-natal yoga training. Aurore aims to spread and share the benefits of the practice while holding space for her students, physically, mentally, and emotionally, so they can live more content and balanced lives. 

Over the years Aurore has practiced several styles including Hatha, Ashtanga, Yin, and Yoga Nidra but it is with Vinyasa Flow that she fell deeply in love and chose to teach. Her classes focus on alignment, body and mind connection, combined with a strong and graceful sequencing, all delivered in her French accent. 

Aurore truly believes that yoga is for everyone, regardless of body type or age, and through movement, breath and meditation can transform lives.
