Penny teaches gentle hatha yoga in a relaxed, friendly and non-competitive environment.
Accredited with The British Wheel of Yoga, Penny has been practising yoga for more than 20 years and teaching for half of that time. Her approach is shaped by a variety of yoga styles and her aim is to focus on compassionate practice that recognises students as individuals.
Penny encourages her students to work at their own level in a mixed ability class, and all her sessions finish with a wonderful relaxation. Penny’s class is ideal for beginners or those who wish to work more gently.
