Pam discovered yoga five years ago while working as a corporate lawyer and has never looked back. The mindful practice and attention to breath have helped her to stay grounded through periods of stress and upheaval. After years of sitting at a desk and running, yoga has taught her how to regain mobility in her spine and helped her stretch her (incredibly tight) hamstrings. She believes yoga can be of benefit to anyone, regardless of flexibility.
She completed her 200 hour teacher training in vinyasa yoga with London based Empowered Yoga School and additional anatomy training with LA based yogi, Noah Mazé.
Pam loves to lead a strong vinyasa flow that builds heat and strength, and encourages body curiosity. She has a focus on anatomy and alignment, and includes an opportunity to explore arm balances and inversions where possible. Her classes combine intensity with levity and aim to leave you a little stronger, a little stretched and more in tune with your body.
