Nicola Joynson

Nicola’s yoga and meditation classes are accessible, lighthearted and supportive. She teaches to inspire and educate people how to create positive thought patterns and find greater freedom from everyday stress, supported by weaving ancient and modern teachings into the class for self-inquiry and reflection.

Nicola has been practicing yoga for over a decade, and has trained with a diverse range of international teachers including Dr. Lorin Roche, Tiffany Cruikshank, Mark Breadner and Simon Borg-Olivier.
