Yoga should be fun! That’s according to our fun-loving teacher Lindsey, who’s passionate about making yoga a positive experience for everyone.

Lindsey found her calling as a yoga instructor after a long spell of travel, when she got to explore different cultures and follow her spiritual path. In 2014, she took herself to India – home of yogic practice and philosophy – to do her 200-hour teacher training with Yoga Alliance. Soon after, she began teaching at yoga studios and retreats around the world – from London and all over Europe to far-flung Asia and Australia.

Lindsey’s classes incorporate a blend of spirituality and holistic wellbeing, including active and guided meditations, pranayama (breath exercises) and techniques from reiki and Thai yoga massage. The aim is to develop an understanding of how yoga and mindfulness can strengthen and rejuvenate the body for a healthier, happier lifestyle.
