John Grimes

Passionate about the benefits of yoga, John believes that life shouldn’t be too serious and tries to incorporate fun and laughter into everything he does.

He has always been interested in the therapeutic aspects of yoga and how it helps to maintain health and speed up recovery, having personal experience of this himself.

John teaches yoga in a gentle style that promotes harmony of mind, body and spirit and is suitable for all ages and abilities.

John has been a qualified teacher with the Yoga for Health and Education Trust since 2003 and is a qualified yoga therapist with the Yoga Biomedical Trust and Yogacampus.
