Charli is a truly versatile yoga teacher, who channels energies from all directions to bring a calm, centred peace to any practice. Through a combination of intention, meditation, posture and breath, her goal is for students to leave her class feeling energised and refreshed.
A former professional dancer, Charli found her love for yoga while recovering from a dance-related injury seven years ago. She completed a dance contract at a holiday resort in Mexico by leading her own yoga classes, and this is where she discovered her passion for teaching.
Charli went on to do yoga teacher training with Yandara Yoga Institute in the magical Baja Peninsula. This intensive 200-hour course blends hatha, vinyasa and yin yoga, led by some of the world’s most knowledgeable and influential teachers.
Charli teaches a vinyasa flow style of yoga, adapting her class for all ages and abilities, both newbies and yogis, while speaking the postures in English and Sanskrit. Her main aim is to make the experience challenging and rewarding for everyone in the room.
