Alex has always been an active person who has enjoyed dancing and exercise for most of her life. She has been practicing yoga regularly for four years and in 2019 was fortunate enough to do her yoga teacher training in Goa.
Alex first started yoga to help with her anxiety and she couldn’t believe how much it changed her life. Through learning to control her breath, she has been able to become a lot more confident and a much happier person. Her only wish is to pass this tool onto others and help them through any physical or emotional pain they are facing.
