Katrina has been teaching yoga since 2009, when she completed her 200 hour training at OM Yoga in NYC. Her commitment to holistic wellness extends beyond yoga, as she holds a Masters of Science in Traditional Oriental Medicine from the Pacific College of Health and Science in San Diego. She is a fully qualified acupuncturist, further enriching her ability to support her students’ well-being
