Compassionate Yoga – with Tara

What is available in a gentler practice?

A special workshop of compassionate yoga for those with injury, or wanting a slower pace of movement with breathing practices and meditation.

Learn support, expansion and balance in postures that are suitable for your body and individual needs.  Subtler connections to enhance your practice and promote the sense of yoga and its goal, guided by the philosophy of yoga and our awareness of ourselves and our relationships.  Breathing practices to ease pain and promote wellbeing.

Join me for an afternoon of introduction to the philosophy and spirituality of this all inclusive, inspirational and joyful practice!

Beginners welcome.

Tara has trained as a yoga therapist in the Desikachar tradition and as a Mind Body Connections Europe Adaptive Yoga teacher and runs regular Wednesday morning classes at the studio.
