The Hip-tastic effect with Debbie Jenkins

Saturday 25th April, 2 – 4pm

Accessing our hips safely is vital to move into many yoga poses and avoid strains in our joints- knees especially. In fact, working on open hips is key to healthy movement on and off our mats!

Come and explore this Hip-tastic effect in a safe and supportive environment in this workshop.

Suitable for all levels and working in a small group, Debbie will offer variations so everyone works at their own level and can take away strategies to use in their own practice.

About Debbie

Debbie is a third series practitioner, practicing daily at Triyoga where she is also an Assistant to her teacher Eileen Gauthier at the Camden Mysore programme.

Her style has evolved from the strength and discipline needed in endurance sports which she gave up many years ago to focus fully on ashtanga!
Always mindful of the student, she loves to inspire through sharing her passion and knowledge. She believes and has witnessed that everything is possible! Breath control and harnessing the mind enable effortless effort on and off the mat.
Whilst not practising Debbie is a registered Bach Flower practitioner which complements yoga beautifully.
