Our intention is to help you transform the way you use your attention so you see and hear things you may not have noticed before. The 40 minute session includes instruction in simple techniques to incorporate mindfulness into your daily life and a group guided meditation, the perfect way to unwind.
This class will be seated. We have bolsters, blocks and wall space to lean up against if you need assistance sitting on the floor for 45 minutes. Some chairs are also available.
