Meditations to open the heart and transform the mind.

When our heart is open and the mind is quiet, we can awaken to our true nature of peace.

Join Bodhini in these meditation sessions to experience heart-mind meditations along with pranayama, meditative yogic practices and contemplations.

By cultivating awareness and self-compassion in meditation, we can flow through life in a more easeful and grounded way and  experience more clarity and joy.

Sessions are suitable for both beginners and experienced meditation practitioners.
