Yoga Class for Beginners: A Gentle Start
If you’re brand new to yoga, our five-week beginners’ course is the perfect place to start. It’s a friendly, step-by-step introduction to the core elements of yoga—simple postures, breathwork, and gentle movement. Our yoga class for beginners introduces you to the core poses, breathwork, and flow that make up a yoga practice.
Each week builds on the last, so you can explore at your own pace. We’ll guide you through basic stretches that wake up the spine, shoulders, hips, and legs, while also introducing how breath and movement can flow together.
No experience required—just your curiosity and willingness to learn something new.

Yoga for Every Body: Inclusive and Supportive
At Bay Yoga, we truly believe yoga is for everyone—regardless of age, shape, size, or flexibility. That’s why our Yoga for Every Body sessions are designed to be inclusive and adaptable.
We use props and supportive tools to make sure every pose feels good and works for your body. There’s no pressure to look a certain way or hit the “perfect” pose. It’s all about how the movement feels.

In these sessions, we mix gentle movement with mindfulness, breathing exercises, and relaxation- tools that help young people handle stress and feel more in control. And also, we keep the sessions light and fun too!
