Flow Dance Meditation is a somatic, music-led meditation practice that guides you from the mind into the body and from the body into the deeper truth of who you are. It is a space where you dance until the dancer disappears and movement becomes a doorway into presence, emotion and inner liberation.
The practice is held by the vibration, a grounding frequency that supports the nervous system to expand and settle in steady waves. Through the phases of Connect, Move and Release, you’re invited to follow your body’s intelligence, meet what arises with honesty and return to a grounded, spacious inner state.
This practice is guided alongside live DJing by Sara, with music curated in real time to support the somatic journey. Each musical selection is chosen intuitively to meet the energy of the room, deepen embodiment, and support emotional release. Live sound becomes the container; amplifying presence, grounding the nervous system, and allowing movement to unfold as a lived, embodied meditation
