Come and discover the beautiful practice of the Dragon Dance with Aurore.
Dragon dances are rhythmic practices that combine Vinyasa Yoga, Qi Gong, and Dance practices.
They are the complementary side, or the Yang side, of Yin Yoga as they create movement and harmony between the body and the breath. Dragon dances help to build heat and rhythm for the energy to flow within.
The workshop will end in relaxation with some Yin postures to find stillness and relaxation after our dragon dance!
