Fridays 4.00pm to 4.45pm
A gentle and nurturing class where children learn to move with awareness and breathe with intention. Through simple yoga poses, guided breathing and mindful games, young yogis will discover how to notice their thoughts, feelings and bodies with kindness. Each class ends with a peaceful relaxation, helping kids to build an emotional toolbox that can be used anywhere.
