This six week course will introduce you to key concepts and movements of Calisthenics at an accessible pace. A high-energy mat workout blending bodyweight strength training with heart-pumping cardio moves. The class delivers a total-body workout without ever leaving your mat. Perfect for busy movers who want maximum results in minimal space 

 

A seamless fusion of strength flow and fiery cardio, designed to tone your body and elevate your heart rate. This class is all about moving with intention while building functional strength and endurance.

 

Expect powerful upper and lower body sequences, core burners, and a sweaty smile by the end. All levels welcome.
