Breathing techniques (Pranayama) and meditation are both core components of the system of yoga. These tools can help practitioners find calm in the midst of chaos, focus the mind when life gets busy and reduce stress and anxiety after a long day.

During this workshop we will dive into the history, philosophy and physiology of these ancient yogic practices.

This workshop will provide you with the tools and knowledge you need to integrate these practices into your day to day life.
