Gentle hatha yoga – with Penny

10 week course

Mondays, 29th April – 15th July, 1.30-3pm (no class 6th and 27th May)

These classes consist of mindful yoga poses and movement, small sequences, yoga breathing and relaxation. This is a gentle yoga class where we work on postural awareness, improving stability, developing greater ease of movement as well as learning to relax and release tension. It can support you to recover from injury gently, too.

All students are encouraged to work at their own level and ability.
