Summer gentle yoga – with Penny

4 week course

Mondays, 29th July – 19th August, 1.30-3pm

These classes consist of mindful yoga poses and movement, small sequences, yoga breathing and relaxation. This is a gentle yoga class where we work on postural awareness, improving stability, developing greater ease of movement as well as learning to relax and release tension. It can support you to recover from injury gently, too.  Each session ends with a relaxation to promote rest and calm.

All students are encouraged to work at their own level and ability.
