Gentle yoga – with Penny (beginners welcome)

Autumn term 13 week course

Mondays, 2nd September – 9th December, 1.30-3pm (no classes 21st and 28th October)

These classes will consist of mindful yoga poses and movement, small sequences, yoga breathing and relaxation. This is a gentle yoga class where we work on postural awareness, improving stability, developing greater ease of movement as well as learning to relax and release tension. All students are encouraged to work at their own level and ability.

£120 before 31st July, £130 after
