Beginners vinyasa flow – with Charli

12 week course

Sundays, 13th January – 14th April 10.45-11.45am (no class 10th and 17th February)

This course is perfect to use as a stepping stone if you are keen to start a dynamic form of yoga but feel that you would benefit from a slower paced class to learn the basics. During the course you will gain a greater knowledge and understanding of vinyasa classes by breaking down sequences and postures so that you become familiar with how to enter and hold them correctly and safely to prevent injury.

The regular vinyasa flow class held on Sundays at 9.30am is a perfect follow on once you have attended this course.

Class cards and memberships are not valid for this course.
