Vinyasa flow course with Faye – 8 weeks

Vinyasa flow yoga is a full-body workout harnessing the mind, body and spirit. The ‘flow’ is created through a sequence of positions known as ’asanas’ in time with the breath. The sequences focus on building both strength and flexibility to promote bone, joint and muscle health.

This course is perfect to use as a stepping stone if you are keen to start a dynamic form of yoga, but feel that you would benefit from a slower paced class to learn the basics. During the course, you will gain a greater knowledge and understanding of vinyasa classes by breaking down sequences and postures so that you become familiar with how to enter and hold them correctly and safely to prevent injury. Faye will support you along the course, as you begin your yoga journey.
